PARATHA / TORTILLA FRUIT PIZZA (HEALTHY AFTER SCHOOL SNACK)
INGREDIENTS :-
Tortillas/Paratha - 1 Labneh – 1 Cup Honey – 1 tbsp Toppings Strawberries Blueberries Kiwis Nectarines Clementines Apples Pistachios (Optional)
METHOD :- In a bowl add the Labneh with honey and mix. Take a crisp paratha and spread the labneh evenly on the paratha rxcept the edges . Top it with the fruits of your choice and cut into triangles with Pizza cutter. It makes a great after school healthy snack for tour hungry kids 🤩
