Cilantro Pesto Bread Pizzas

INGREDIENTS :

Cilantro Pesto:-
Cilantro – bunch
Garlic – 1 clove
Basil leaves – handful
Green chilly deseeded – 1 (optional)
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

Toppings:-
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Cherry tomatoes
Dried Basil
White/Brown Bread slices

SERVING SIDES:-
Carrot - Cucumber Kiwis - Strawberries - Pretzos

METHOD:-
In a blender blitz all the ingredients for Cilantro pesto till smooth.

Cut the bread into any desired shape with a cookie cutter.

Spread the Cilantro pesto on the bread. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and top it with sliced ​​cherry tomatoes, olives etc.

Transfer the bread pizzas to a baking sheer pan and grill in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
