مع قرب الربيع، تخفيف طبقات ملابس صغيري

With spring approaching, lighten up your little one's layers.

As spring approaches and the seasons change, mothers find themselves in a state of confusion: Should I start removing my baby's clothing or wait? How can I prevent him from catching the flu? Is it possible to gradually remove layers? At the same time, the weather is changeable and unstable. Early mornings are cold and sunny, and temperatures are high, unlike evenings, which are cold and often very windy. To find out the answers to the above questions, continue reading:

- You should monitor the weather forecast every day. You can download daily temperature programs and thus determine whether your little one will need a heavy jacket or whether it can be lightened the next day.

- Gradually start reducing the baby’s clothing with the inner layers. Never start with the outer layers until your baby’s body begins to adapt to the change.

- Replace woolen clothes with cotton ones.

- Make sure your child drinks water before leaving the house.

- Do not rush to take off your socks, but you can choose light ones.

- Sleeping covers can be lightened. Instead of wool, cotton covers can be used.

- Make sure to prepare nutritious meals during this period, and increase your intake of foods rich in vitamin C to protect your little one from diseases.

- Clean the house daily to remove any traces of dust, especially since dust storms are common during this period, which increases children’s sensitivity.

- Ventilate the house during the morning hours and allow the sun to enter, to eliminate any germs.

- Open the car window a small part so that your child's body is not hit by the strong wind when he gets out of the car.

- Accept the idea of keeping your child at home in the event of a flu outbreak among nursery classmates. If your child is the sick one, make sure he is fully recovered before returning to the nursery to avoid any relapse or worsening of his illness.

- Do not neglect to visit the doctor and resort to the usual medications because viral diseases are more common during this period and it is possible to give the wrong medication if a doctor is not consulted.
