How to support your new mom friend

A new mother needs a lot of psychological support, especially if it is her first experience with motherhood. 4- Go out with her: Going out of the house improves the mood of a new mother, even if it is just a walk for coffee, and with general conversation about various topics, she will get a break.

5- The art of choosing gifts: Birth gifts are always directed at the newborn, and everyone searches for the products that make things easier for the mother. But why not consider choosing a gift that resembles the mother, such as a necklace, a ring, or a set of skincare and beauty products? These types of gifts provide the mother with great psychological support and make her feel her presence.
