My baby refuses to eat vegetables, what should I do?

Many mothers face the problem of their little ones refusing to eat vegetables. No child likes to eat vegetables easily as if it were their favorite dish. Therefore, the mother resorts to alternative solutions that may be high in calories and do not contain the nutritional value that your little one's body needs to develop and grow properly. However, there are certainly a number of tricks that can be followed to break this habit intelligently:
1- Be a role model for him: Because your little one wants to be like you in everything, eat vegetables with him and don’t offer him alternatives. Instead, talk about how you enjoyed the meal, and the father does the same. With time, your little one will find these choices in front of him, and this may help create a kind of routine for him.
2- Involve him in preparing meals: While preparing meals, explain to him the nutritional benefits in a simple way that he can understand and comprehend, and play some games with him, such as the colors and sizes of vegetables.
